Focusing on emerging technology, data analytics, and strategic finance, he has held leadership positions across various stakeholder roles and driven sustainable improvements in all significant phases of capital projects.
Ben brings unique insights to aviation developments as a private pilot with intimate knowledge of airport operations, facilities, and governance. His hands-on experience and strategic acumen enable him to build robust frameworks that align client capabilities with market opportunities beyond a traditionally narrow lens.
He excels in streamlining operations, fostering continuous improvement, and prioritizing team development and client satisfaction. His career and principles culminate with a team capable of ensuring the organizational agility required to deliver impactful, sustainable, and scalable results, keeping Capstone Aero and its clients at the industry's forefront.
Evans Hedges
CTO | Head Researcher
Evans Hedges, with a background in research ethics, is currently in pursuit of his PhD in Mathematics from the University of Denver. He has developed novel results in the field of dynamical systems on topics ranging from properties of systems in equilibrium to computational properties of thermodynamic quantities. Additionally, Evans has presented talks on a range of topics, from mathematical physics and dynamical systems, to state of the art techniques in machine learning including genetic algorithms, hidden Markov models, and neural networks.
Outside of academia, Evans has recently worked with a leading government contractor in the space industry on their Machine Learning and AI research group, building a novel data analysis pipeline that is being implemented today. With extensive technical knowledge and expertise in both theoretical and applied mathematics, Evans is the driving force behind Capstone Aero’s groundbreaking tools and solutions in aviation real estate. His unique blend of academic rigor and practical application ensures that Capstone remains at the forefront of the industry.
Cameron Chan
CFO | Head Economist
With experiences spanning a multitude of companies and stakeholder types, Cameron has developed a skillset tuned to solve capital and strategy challenges for large scale projects and infrastructure using data and statistics as their guiding stars. Having worked on projects ranging from 9-figure capital asset acquisitions to optimizing retention for low-dollar subscriptions, no matter of finance or economics is out of their scope.
Cameron's background spans economics, statistics, and finance for companies across industries, but their primary focus is in energy, infrastructure, and transportation. They have a unique perspective settled between public economic data, behavioural economics, and private sector datasets. Combining these ideas, Cameron is highly capable of finding unexpected answers to tough questions or quantifying the "correct" set of answers.
Working real problems has honed Cameron's dataset; the answer is never a couched range of possibilities. Cameron is focused on taking the range of possibilities and distilling them down to actionable recommendations.
Jordan Deifik

During the last 20 years, Jordan has led multiple companies in an executive capacity, as well as being instrumental in taking four startup firms from initial concept through stabilized, positive NOI. Concurrently, he managed teams ranging from direct reports through departments and firms with total employment greater than 3,300 persons.
Additionally, he has leveraged advanced financial, legal, and risk-mitigation knowledge to facilitate large-scale acquisition and disposition transactions, with a career totaling $3+ billion in volume while implementing opportunistic, value-add, and core-plus strategies. Related to those efforts, he secured over $600M in equity capital, $825M in primary and secondary debt financing, $118M in public financing, and $90M in revolving lines of credit.
Recognized as an industry leader for accomplishments in real estate, operations, and DEI efforts, Jordan was acknowledged as a Forty Under 40 Business Leader by the Denver Business Journal (2021); a Top Five Gen XYZ Young Professional in Colorado by ColoradoBiz (2021); and received the “Inclusiveness @ Work” Award by the Center for Legal Inclusiveness in the corporate category for his focus on fostering DEI-centric organizational cultures. He is a member of the Business Journals Leadership Trust and has been a licensed real estate broker for over 13 years and in multiple states.
